Zurich's Long Night of Museums 2015
Saturday, 5 September 2015, 19.00 to 2.00

Mineral resources underpin every aspect of our daily lives – life as we know it wouldn't be the same without them. We take their availability for granted and worldwide consumption is steadily on the rise. But what are the long-term consequences of our use of resources? What does economical, environmentally friendly and socially responsible resource consumption look like?
Shed some light on these questions as you explore the special exhibition about mineral resources. Get to know our energy resources in the electricity workshop and test your everyday devices. On museum night we will also take a closer look at sand, an important building material in Switzerland.
